So i bought a car from this dealership on May 2009. THe sales man is Rocco....He sells me an Acura that literaly lasted me exactly 28 days. The car had a bad trany and this salesman told me that car was mint. I took the car back to see if he would fix it. He agreed but told me the cost to fix would be $800 but that he could not guarantee the service would fix the car. I ended up spending the $800 and the car was still not running. I went through hell buying my car from here! My best advice to people is DONT BUY ANY CARS FROM HERE!!!!
I had an appointment on the Tuesday 3/13/2013 to have keys program to my Audi A5 and had the worst ever customer service from the service salesman and service manager. They couldn't get the job done and wanted to charge me for it. I will never come back or would ever recommend anyone to them.
Recently went back to Wagner Audi after a 10 year hiatus. I was greeted by a friendly salesman named Mike Flemming. Mike actually knew what I was looking for which surprised me because it's rare, this further boosted my confidence in doing business here again. The reason for this was he was an actual Audi enthusiast and even showed me the Audi he drove. This speaks volumes to me as a customer when people drive the brand they sell, be it new or old models. Needless to say I now have a new Audi in the driveway.
